1. Services
Sessions may be held in person in Phoenix, Arizona, or by video call, in English or Spanish. The description displayed at purchase is part of these terms.
- Free 15-minute Discovery Call.
- Optional 60-minute First Session, $100 USD.
- 60-minute Individual Session, $250 USD.
- The Morfin Method: three-month program; $1,800 paid in full, two payments of $950, or three payments of $700 USD.
- Next Level: $250 USD monthly continuity membership available after completing The Morfin Method.
2. Coaching, not clinical care
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatry, diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical care. César Morfin Barajas is a certified Life Coach, not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, social worker, or medical professional. 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to purchase for yourself. Clients ages 14–17 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian and the applicable intake process.
4. Booking and payment
Payments are processed in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Selected installments are charged automatically according to the schedule shown at purchase. If a payment fails, access or sessions may be paused until resolved. By choosing installments, you remain responsible for the agreed total, subject to the Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without consuming the session. A late cancellation or no-show may count as a used session. See the Refund Policy for complete rules.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide truthful information and disclose conditions relevant to coaching.
- Attend on time and participate in good faith.
- Pay all agreed fees.
- Do not record, copy, sell, or distribute materials or sessions without written permission.
7. Intellectual property and confidentiality
The Morfin Method, its materials, exercises, frameworks, authorized recordings, and site content belong to César Morfin Barajas or licensors. You receive only a personal, non-transferable license. Session information is handled under the Privacy Policy and its stated legal exceptions.
8. Results and liability
Results depend on each person’s participation, openness, and effort; no specific result is guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there is no liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the related service in the preceding 12 months, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
9. Dispute resolution
We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, under the applicable American Arbitration Association rules, except for rights that cannot legally be waived. Arizona law applies.
10. Changes and contact
