Cancellation Policy
DESCRIPTION OF OBJECTIVES, TERMS, AND AGREEMENTS OF SERVICES COACHING CONTRACT As a Life Coach, my motivation and passion is to help you in any of the areas that are within my knowledge, passion, and preparation, especially in healing emotional wounds, finding your purpose, and enabling you to live your best version of life, among other things. It is important to know and understand that personal/professional growth and development is a process. Each person and human being functions in different ways. For example, some people may experience and show tangible changes in a very short time, which in other cases tends to happen in a more subtle manner. The important thing in this life process is not the speed, but rather to start building or rebuilding our life with good principles, values, and foundations, which are what will shape us to achieve living our best version of life. CONFIDENTIALITY Principles of my process with you: confidentiality on both sides! Much of the process depends on being totally honest, where you will not be judged or pointed out, but on the contrary, all forms will be sought to help you through my preparation, principles, values, and knowledge. On your part, you can ask any question, doubt, or uncertainty you have, as the most important thing at all times will be communication and confidentiality on both sides. If for any reason an inconvenience arises, please let it be known at the time or before ending the session, as this process is based on clear and transparent communication. Any exercise, task, or practice given to you is solely for you. NUMBER OF SESSIONS As part of the program, it is important that you take the first 90-minute session and after that, if you believe and know that it is something that will help you, the minimum requirement is 6 more sessions, as it is important for me to be able to follow up and work on establishing bases and foundations that can be solid. Similarly, if more sessions are required, you will be informed as the process progresses.
