REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services from Morfin The Life Coach. By booking any service, you agree to these terms.
GENERAL RULE · 24-HOUR NOTICE
To cancel or reschedule a session without penalty, you must give a minimum of 24 hours notice via email (morfinlive@gmail.com) or phone (+1 602-763-8006).
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice count as a consumed session, regardless of refund eligibility below.
DISCOVERY CALL · 15 MIN · FREE
No payment, no refund needed. You can cancel or reschedule freely with the 24-hour notice rule above.
FIRST SESSION · 60 MIN · $100 USD
The $100 is paid at booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is an optional introductory session and serves as a commitment filter.
If you cancel with 24+ hours notice, we will reschedule your session at no extra charge (the payment applies to the rescheduled session).
INDIVIDUAL SESSION · 60 MIN · $250 USD
The $250 is paid at booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel with 24+ hours notice, we will reschedule your session at no extra charge (the payment applies to the rescheduled session).
THE MORFIN METHOD · 3-MONTH PROGRAM
Three pricing options: Pago Único ($1,800), 2 Mensualidades ($950×2 = $1,900), or 3 Mensualidades ($700×3 = $2,100).
REFUND SCHEDULE:
- FIT GUARANTEE — within 7 days after Session #1: 100% refund of all amounts paid
- Sessions 2–4: 50% refund prorated to sessions taken
- Session #5 onwards: NO refund
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS: paid installments are non-refundable subject to the rules above. Pending installments are cancelled when you cancel the program. You will not be charged for unused installments.
PAUSE OPTION: you may pause the program for up to 30 days at no cost and resume from where you left off. Request via email.
NEXT LEVEL · MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION · $250/MONTH
You may cancel at any time from your client account or by emailing morfinlive@gmail.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the END of the already-paid monthly cycle (no pro-rated refund). You retain access until the end of that cycle.
PAUSE: up to 1 calendar month per year without losing seniority/grandfathered pricing.
The included monthly 1:1 session does NOT roll over to the next month if unused.
EXCEPTIONAL CASES (at Cesar's discretion)
- Documented medical emergency: indefinite pause without refund, resume when ready
- Genuine post-window dissatisfaction: case by case (must be raised in writing within 30 days)
- Death of client: full refund of unconsumed installments to designated beneficiaries
These exceptions are evaluated case by case in good faith.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email morfinlive@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request" + your booking confirmation number
2. State the reason and reference the relevant policy section above
3. We respond within 5 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed via Wix Payments within 7–10 business days
NOT CLINICAL THERAPY DISCLAIMER
Refund eligibility does not extend to dissatisfaction with the inherent nature of coaching (which is non-clinical and outcome-uncertain — see Terms of Service). If clinical needs arise that require licensed professional care, we will refer you and discuss prorated refund options at Cesar's discretion.
